Signs that You're in a Happy and Healthy Relationship.

"Love is Beautiful when it happens with the right person"- We all agree with it right? But do we know the definition of "Right one"? Right One means who'll understand you or who'll be there by your side through thick and thins or who'll cook soup when you're sick or who'll have your back. All relationships, however, are filled with ups and downs. So how do you know you're in a healthy relationship? So here are 6 signs that you're in a happy and healthy relationship:

1.  Trust

Importance of trust in healthy relationship
Trust is the foundation of a Relationship. If you have trust then you've everything. You don't keep secrets from each other. Distance doesn't matter, how far you two are from each other. There is no fear of cheating when your partner is apart. It also means you feel safe and comfortable and know they won't hurt you physically or emotionally. They encourage you to make your own choices.

2. Communication

Communication with your partner is important

Couples in a healthy relationship talk about everything that happens in their day-to-day life: failure, success, and everything in between. You should feel comfortable talking about any problem that come up such as work stress, friend stress, to more serious issues such as mental/ physical health or Financial problems. Even if they have different thought they'll listen without judgement and later share their personal opinion. Communication is important as it will help your relationship grow strong-stronger-strongest.

3. Respect

Respecting each other in a relationship is important
We all want to be respected in our relationships. According to clinical Psychologist Franklin A. Porter, Ph.D. real respect occurs when, "our partner understands and accepts that you're first and foremost, a unique individual." You may have interests, passion, needs and life experience that are different from your partner's. One cannot have everything in common hence you need to respect each other enough to work together when your personalities or backgrounds conflict.

4. You Split Chores Evenly

Caring nature consists splitting chores
Splitting day-to-day chores makes your relationship more strong and beautiful as it helps mitigate arguments and misunderstandings. Chores are a small yet vital way that couples show care for one another, their home and their relationship. If your partner is tired after having a hectic day in office, help her with the dishes or cooking dinner or cleaning the drawing room. It will show how much you care for her and your partner is not alone in the journey.

5. You inspire each other to be better
Inspiration makes relationship strong

Healthy Relationships are also built on mutual motivation and inspiration. Your partner will inspire you to be your best self, to face tough challenges, and to change the world. Your partner will always support you no matter how difficult the work is. Support and enthusiasm works together in a strong relationship.

6. You hold each other up during tough times

Tough time will come and go, never stop supporting
Life throw hails every now and then. It's inevitable. A sign of a strong relationship is how you support each other during these tough times, Don't be afraid to cry together and experience pain and suffering. Tragic events often take our breath away and make us feel like the world around us is caving in. But if both of you remain strong with lots of hope there is 100 percent chance of overcoming the storm as there's rainbow after a rain.
